Veggie Crate only

Lined crate that is fitted with a false bottom, reducing the amount of soil required and preventing the rotting of the base of the crate. The standard false bottom allows for 30cms of soil depth - ideal for all vegetables - however this depth can be customised to suit fruit tree planting if required.

Full Crates

Our full sized veggie crates are made from new, non-treated, 25mm a-grade pine. Measuring 1.16m by 1.16m (0.73m in height), they provide approximately 1.5m2 of growing space, giving plenty of opportunity to grow and harvest your own vegetables and herbs.

We provide a number of options, from Veggie Crate only, to DIY packs (with all the ingredients to set it up yourself) or the Little Veggie Patch Co team can come and install and plant out on your behalf. We also offer ‘self watering’ wicking crate options for those that may struggle to find the time to water themselves, or simply want to make the growing process easier.

The care we take to line and reinforce these crates is the key to their longevity and you can expect more than 10 years of loyal service from your Veggie Crate.

All full sized veggie crate options can come with castors - given your space is hard and smooth - making them mobile. Netting that will keep out a number of seasonal pests is highly advisable.

NOTE: Place an order and a Little Veggie Patch Co staff member will call you back to confirm details.
