Ingredients & Instructions:

1 x frozen banana

1 x 120 ml natural coconut water

1 x heaped teaspoon Mayella® Green Nutritional Blend or your choice

1/2 cup favourite granola or toasted muesli

Using a good blender (eg Vitamix, Breville or Ninja are reliable and powerful motors), in order of listed ingredients, place banana, coconut water and Mayella® Green Nutritional blend into the blender and blend away.

Once your basic ingredients are well blended but not over blended, pour into your bowl and garnish with granola or muesli.

You can always add ice if you want to make your smoothie bowl more icy or slushie style which is super refreshing on a hot day or after a big training session.

Other fruits to include with or instead of banana, are mango, pineapple, frozen berries.

Instead of coconut water, you can choose to have a milk base eg almond, soy, rice, coconut milk, cow, oat.

Extra toppings could be Mayella® Acai Berry Beautiful shredded or desiccated coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs or powder, sliced banana, fresh berries, passion fruit, peanut butter.
