Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory

Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory produces a rapidly growing range of innovative, certified organic confectionaries. The factory is operated by Green Grove Organics, a family operated farm based enterprise that has been practicing organic farming since 1962, holding Level “A” Organic Certification through the BFA (Biological Farmers Association of Australia. A modern day stone mill has been installed converting grain grown on the Green Grove farm into product for inclusion in their licorice, flour and bread mixes. Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory offers guided tours in the factory, where you can come and make your own giant chocolate freckle any time of the day.

The Wildlife Conservation Co.

In wanting to help the Bilby at Easter time, Kelsey & Brett Leis realised that there were no real healthy, organic chocolate options available for their family. The mass produced chocolate also had no consideration for sustainable packaging, fair trade, or ethical practices in making their chocolate. They decided that they would provide an alternative that gave back to Bilby conservation and that is when our journey started! Their handmade, organic Bilby Chocolates are not just delicious & good for you, but also help bilby conservation efforts across Australia. 10% of their profits is donated to organisations which implement on-ground projects critical to the Bilby’s survival, like the Save the Bilby Fund & the Australian Wildlife Conservancy.
