Winnow Chocolates is a small family-run business that has been creating beautiful chocolates since 2013. Originally based in Sydney, they are now located in the beautiful Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. Winnow Chocolates use only the world’s finest ingredients with organic Belgian couverture chocolate providing the perfect base for locally-sourced fruits, nuts and spices. The traditional French technique of hand-tempering on marble is celebrated at Winnow and ensures that each chocolate is handmade with love and waste is kept to a minimum.
Tootsie Handmade is a small business from South Australia creating unique, high quality accessories and homewares using vintage and reclaimed fabrics. Fabrics used are predominantly from the 60s and 70s, vintage tea towels, doilies and buttons. Created by Karen Warren - a child of the 70s, her focus is to repurpose, rescue, relove and to give new life to beautiful fabrics that have often been forgotten.
