Something from the Ground

For more than a decade, Something from the Ground has cultivated sustainably produced organic blueberries on a biological farm in Grove, Tasmania. Due to the fragile nature of blueberry trees, it is essential that they are planted, produced and cultivated in a sustainable, dynamic, biological environment. This approach extends to the products used throughout the growing process, keeping the fruit free from potentially harmful substances. As a result, their blueberries are just as nature has intended, full of natural sweet and sour flavours.

Thai Larder

Thai Larder is a Tasmanian based artisan Thai food producer that specialises in delivering fresh, authentic and chilled ready to eat Thai meals to your home. Each week, their internationally experienced Thai chef, Patcharin (Ann), cooks their dishes lovingly in small batches using real, fresh ingredients and traditional Thai cooking methods.  All ingredients are sourced from the freshest high quality produce and over 70% are from Tasmania. Their pork & chicken are free range, and their packaging is so biodegradable you can just throw it on your compost heap!

The Devil's Own Ice Creamery

The Devil’s Own Ice Creamery is an ice cream maker from Tasmania producing premium ice cream, made by hand in small batches. They are the only ice creamery in Tasmania that uses organic Jersey milk to create a product that is smooth, creamy and deliciously rich. Their product tastes amazing, not just because they take the time to source quality ingredients from local farmers, but also because it is made with love, from their family to yours. Their Sorbets are full of amazing Tasmanian produce and now that they have a commercial kitchen, they are excitedly adding baked desserts to the menu from Martin’s patisserie chef days.
