GroundUp

GroundUp Coffee Recyclers offers the hospitality industry a simple and sustainable solution for their coffee grounds & kitchen scraps, saving the planet one cup of coffee at a time. GroundUp delivers the collected scraps and coffee grounds to small scale & regenerative farmers in the local area in order to close the loop. They are on a mission to regenerate at least 250 tonnes of organic food waste within its first year resulting in a drop of local Co2 emissions of 450,000kgs.

Shelduck Farm

Shelduck Farm is a working farm in the heart of the Meander Valley, Tasmania. It was once a family owned dairy farm and then sold and planted with blue gum trees for harvesting. Sally and Rob McCreath now run Shelduck Farm which produces premium grass-fed beef as well as a range of traditional home-made baked goods. Guests are welcomed to the farm to enjoy bespoke food experiences and to stay in the boutique accommodation.

Heaven in Earth

Heaven in Earth is a purveyor of thoughtfully designed, well-made goods for use in everyday life. Their core range are eco goods for the home, body and garden. Heaven in Earth works with family run companies and knows exactly where the goods are made and what they use to make them. In their shop, you can find an array of vegan, FSC woods and well made wares.

Building Harmony

Building Harmony is a team of building biologists based in Sydney who are trained to identify health hazards in the environment from air, water and biological contaminants to electromagnetic fields. Their testing covers indoor air quality assessment, water source assessment, allergen assessment, mould inspection, and electromagnetic field assessment. Building Harmony aims to promote healthy living by the scientific evaluation of environmental issues in the home or workplace. 

Jack and Chelo

Jack and Chelo makes healthy meals for happy dogs. The meals are freshly chilled and delivered all across Australia. Jack and Chelo was founded by Esther, proud mum of two little Maltese Shihtzus named Jack and Chelo, and a qualified Chef who has worked in a number of top restaurants around Australia, New Zealand and London. Esther strongly believes that the nutrition of pets is just as important as it is for us humans.

Freshfield Grove

Freshfield Grove is an Australian producer of award winning olives and extra virgin olive oil packed full of Tassie flavour. Freshfield olives are grown by adopting sustainable practices to encourage diversity of flora and fauna, whilst being good for the olives. Waste is minimised as much as possible, including mulching prunings and composting pomace from the olive pressing.

Coaldale Walnuts 

Established in 1997, Coaldale Walnuts is an Australian grower of premium walnuts, produced using sustainable agriculture practices. Coaldale uses organic fertilisers and management practices which enhance the integrity and biodiversity of their soils. All orchard waste is recycled to create compost for later use, including compost tea which is irrigated onto the orchard.

Wool+Aid

Wool+Aid are hyperfine® merino wool medical textiles born and designed in Lake Tekapo, New Zealand. Their wound aids are antimicrobial, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, breathable, and biodegradable.

Burringbar Rainforest Nursery

Burringbar Rainforest Nursery is the first family operated Rainforest Nursery to be established in Burringbar. The nursery has been specialising for many years in rainforest plants spanning from far North Queensland down to Northern NSW and the surrounding sub tropical rainforests.
