Hunted & Gathered

Hunted and Gathered are Melbourne chocolate makers whose singular mission is exploring the depths and flavours of the cacao bean. Hunted and Gathered makes organic chocolate from bean to bar from Cremorne, Victoria. Their focus is on creating chocolate that is unparalleled in quality and depth of flavour, which is why they source the world’s best beans and use only organic ingredients.

Good Boy Bean-to-Bar Chocolate

Good Boy Bean-to-Bar Chocolate produces all their chocolate from their kitchen in Port Melbourne, Victoria. They are proud to say that no single-use plastic has been used in the process of creating their chocolate - from the making to the packaging. The paper that wraps the chocolate is made by Dodgy Paper, a local artist in Melbourne, who mixes cocoa husks with recycled paper.

17Rocks Chocolate

17Rocks is a family business that makes stone-ground chocolate in their Queensland factory. They source cacao beans from the volcanic valleys of northern Papua New Guinea and process these using traditional techniques to create unique chocolate flavours. 17Rocks focus on preserving the rich nutritional value of the cacao bean and only use natural flavours such as freeze dried fruits, roasted nuts and spices.

Alouss Chocolate

Alouss handcrafts chocolate from cocoa bean to bar using traditional artisan methods and passion. Alouss is dedicated to the bean to bar process and no shortcuts are taken. Because this process is done on a very small scale, they can provide a much higher level of quality that is impossible at the larger, commercial scale, and cannot compete on price with supermarket chocolate.

Origin Chocolate

Origin are ‘bean to bar’ chocolate makers who use only the finest ethically sourced cacao beans from around the world to create chocolate that tastes as amazing as the cacao’s origin. Chocolate that has an individuality with a complex flavour profile that varies between sweet, rich caramels, exotic fruits, nuts and spice with no two chocolates tasting the same. Origin sources certified ingredients and uses cacao that is organic, fair trade certified or has a rainforest alliance certification to give you the ultimate experience in guilt-free pleasure.

Monsieur Truffe

Monsieur Truffe is an artisan Australian chocolate maker based in Melbourne, known for using organic ingredients in making their chocolates. Monsieur Truffe wraps their products everything the old-fashioned way, by hand using environmentally-friendly packaging.

Metiisto Artisan Chocolate

Metiisto Artisan Chocolate is committed to making delicious and elegant chocolate from the cocoa bean all the way to the finished bar, using only the finest, ethically sourced ingredients. Metiisto started in Sweden, and reopened in Toowoomba, Queensland after the family moved to Australia in 2018.

Hyggelig Fresh Cacao

Hyggelig Fresh Cacao is a roastery and cafe with two locations in NSW, offering bean-to-cup chocolate. Each cup is made directly from whole cacao beans - 26 cacao beans to be exact, with no additives. Hyggelig strives to create recipes that they love to eat and would love to serve to you, to their kids, friends and families. Their cookies and pastry offering are made fresh, in-house on a daily basis, showcasing our craft chocolate in each bite.

Bean Bar You

Bean Bar You is Australia’s first independent chocolate subscription service. Bean to bar producers make their chocolate from scratch themselves, leaving no questions about the source, quality and ethics of what you eat. Bean Bar You source the world’s best chocolates (handmade from bean to bar), pick the ones you’ll love, and deliver them to your door.

TOMbag

TOMbag is an Australian social enterprise on a mission to rid the world of single-use garbage bags with their sustainable and reusable alternatives. TOMbag has created the world's first reusable garbage bag that is sustainable, 100% waterproof, and washable, to replace single-use plastic bin liners at home and work.
