Two Fold Bakehouse is a home bakery in Daylesford that bakes for its farmers, millers, and local community. Two Fold bakes naturally leavened organic loaves, using organic stone-ground flours. Two Fold supports regenerative agriculture and small family farms, working with the seasons; changing their loaves to suit what’s growing around them.
Owl Farm Braidwood is a 46-hectare property at the foot of the Budawangs near Braidwood, providing locally grown, fresh produce including garlic, potatoes, shallots, and pumpkins. Owl Farm Braidwood is NSW winner in the 2019 delicious Produce Awards in the From the Earth category for their heirloom potatoes (pink Burgundy Blush, Purple Congo, rich Dutch Creams and King Edward). Farm owners David and Sarah Dawes are committed to sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
A fourth generation beekeeper, Geoffrey Thomas has been making and selling honey since 1965. With over 400 hives located across South West QLD and Northern NSW, Geoffrey extracts and produces his honey locally at his Gatton farm in the beautiful Lockyer Valley

Tufu Design upcycles worn discarded Denim jeans and turns them into quality accessories and lifestyle products. The carefully selected second-hand denim is sourced through local charity centers, op shops and donations. Jeans are deconstructed after being chosen for their ‘pre-loved’ wear and tear marks, patina and texture and expertly combined with genuine leather handles and straps, solid antique brass hardware and artisanal trims and tassels. Colorful paisley prints made from 100% cotton are used for the inner-lining, creating a delightful detail with each piece.
