Each individual green provides its own nutritional benefits, here are some of our favourites and the health-boosting advantages they offer:

Spinach – Vitamin A, C and K, folate, calcium, iron, beta-carotene, omega-3 fatty acids
Broccoli – Vitamin A and C, folate, potassium
Cabbage – Vitamin C and K

Make a green smoothie or juice every morning. Start by adding 250 ml of filtered water or organic apple juice to a blender and add three pieces of fruit such as banana, orange or apple. Add 2 cups of kale and/or spinach and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.>
