Hemp Flour is a natural, gluten-free flour alternative produced from the seed over a few mechanical steps. First, the oil is extracted from the raw seed. After the oil has been removed, what’s left is a substance called ‘Hemp cake’. It is then milled and turned into Hemp Flour powder which offers some remarkable nutritional qualities.
