When Modus Operandi founders Jaz and Grant Wearin returned home to their beloved Northern Beaches from a long trip overseas, they were inspired to brew what they call ‘the best beer in Australia’. The beer is brewed with fresh, live yeast flown in from the US and the finest specialty malts and hops sourced from all over the globe. Every drop of Modus Operandi beer is brewed and packaged in the Mona Vale NSW brewery, where every single can and keg is permanently kept cold. These methods of operation may cost a little more but the proof is in the brew.
