Simmered for 48 hours we then dehydrate the broth at low temperature over 18 hours. Serving size is 1 heaped teaspoon to 200ml boiled water. This 100g jar reconstitutes to make 5L or 20 cups of nutrient dense liquid gold!

Can be used as a health tonic (1-3 cups per day) or as the base for soups, risottos, meat dishes, crumbing mix, smoothies or simply sprinkled over any meal. A great option for busy lives and travel!
