Rainforest Alliance certification is carried out by our authorized certification bodies.

To apply for certification or to renew an existing certificate, a farmer or farm group begins by contacting the certification body of its choice that covers the country where the farm is located. Representatives from the certification body make an on-site visit to conduct field audits and evaluate compliance with the Sustainable Agriculture Standard.
