A Pinch of Tasmania produces artisanal (handcrafted) flavour infused salts, spices, Tasmanian native/wild food and other indulgent gourmet food products. Our featured products are created in small batches using seasonal (predominantly) Tasmanian produce and always with a pinch of something unusual and unexpected.

This small artisanal business has evolved from our lifelong love of creating unique (and slightly quirky) food as well as a passion for locally produced Tasmanian produce.

Available right now are the product range “a pinch of salt”. This is a series of beautifully presented and unique gourmet infused salts and salt blends. Also featured are gourmet dry rubs, spice mixes, dukkah (sweet and savoury) and unique and delicious popcorn seasonings.

Future products and flavours will be determined by seasonality of ingredients and, of course, your feedback.
