Welcome to Bassine Specialty Cheeses
Bassine Specialty Cheeses is a producer of artisan cheese made on the farm, and sourced directly from our herd of 180 Holstein Cows.
We have our own small cheese making factory built to exacting specifications on our 235 acre farm.
Our HTST pasteuriser has also enabled us to bottle our own milk under the label 'Bass River Dairies'.
Come visit us at our cafe on the farm, any day of the week to sample our fresh handmade cheeses, milkshakes and freshly baked scones.
Bassine farm was established by in 1966,and continues to be a family run business.
