Brae is a modern restaurant set on 30 productive acres. Brae is a beautiful place to interact with nature and eat straight from the land.
Our menu's at Brae are created with location in mind. Namely, the restaurants pristine natural surrounds and the productive region in which it resides are all taken into account to create an exquisite seasonal menu.
Whilst dining at Brae, guests are encouraged to stroll around the property and see the free range chickens, bee hives, olive groves and vegetable gardens that are all used in Chef Dan Hunter's inspired creations.
