Ecocrackenback is a nature-based resort that offers an authentic ecological experience.

You can catch a glimpse of kangaroos, wallabies, blue tongue lizards, echidnas, emus, and goannas or simply see and feel the wildlife. Depending on season, we have activities such as snow sports, horse riding, trout fishing, boating, swimming, sailing, kayaking or waterskiing on Lake Jindabyne or hiking in the mountains.

We have a collection of 18 luxurious self-contained private cabins that are built and designed uniquely to ensure the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions - they stay cool in summer and warm in winter. We also utilise collected rain/bore water to meet any short fall in water supply.

We are committed to sustainable practices and we provide high quality nature-based tourism experience. Ecocrackenback is an eco-certified 4 Star resort and we are located just off the Alpine Way at Crackenback.

We have more than 40 acres of land featuring beautiful local flora and fauna and we invite everyone to come and take advantage of all the activities we have in the Snowy Mountains' natural environment.
