Owner/Grower Pepe Fassos has had a lifetime surrounded by food - raised in the kitchen with his parents owning a legendary Greek Restaurant in Byron Bay. Having had years of experience himself as a Chef and running a busy Greek Catering business in the Clarence Valley he has established a very high expectation of quality and freshness when it comes to growing food for the table.
All of the microgreens grown at Five Sixty Farms have been artisanally crafted to have exquisite taste and to look attractive on the plate.
The seeds used are organic, they are grown in an organic matter and are completely spray and pesticide free.
