Welcome to Hamnoy

Hamnøy was born in 2020 after a two year trip throughout Europe. Quickly becoming inspired by nature and constantly finding ourselves wanting to capture its more remote corners. We soon found a passion for photography that we didn't know we had.

Why Hamnøy? A quaint village tucked away on a small chain of islands in the very north of Norway. This place truly brought our creative sides out and was a major turning point that made us want to do something positive with the photos we capture. We have this idea that through our images we are able to inspire you to spend more time in nature and see it for yourself!

The more we travelled the more we realised the impact we were having on the environments we explored and the world we live in. Therefore we want to take this responsibility upon ourselves to do our bit for this incredible place we call home. So for every print sold, 10 trees are planted.
