Hell's Gates is our tongue tingling chilli sauce, named after the notoriously dangerous entrance to Macquarie Harbour on Tasmania’s wild and rugged west coast.

So named by convicts In 1822 for being the “entrance to hell”, and the dreaded Sarah Island penal station.
