Our 369 Hemp Seed Oil is grown organically in Australia. It has a pleasant nutty flavour and can be used as an addition to smoothies, salads and desserts. It can also be used topically to help skin irritations.

A recommended daily serving size of our 369 Hemp Seed Oil is 20gm or approximately 1 x tablespoon.
