Hope Farm is an organic Sourdough Bakery and is an expert in producing European-style breads using first-class organic and bio-organic stone-ground flours. Our products also include a variety of Sourdough Breads, wheat free range, light rye breads and wheat, fruit and festive range.
We also offer wholemeal date scones, bran & chia muffins and banana bread. All our breads are hand molded that gives them a unique texture. We only use the finest Australian certified wholegrain flours, sea salt and filtered water, and we do not incorporate any sugars, oils and commercial yeast.
Hope Farm is a family owned bakery and is located in Yarragon, Gippsland Victoria. We are also called "The Home of Sourdough Bread."
