How to Reduce Dark Circles under Your Eyes

There are several natural home remedies you can use to reduce the dark circles and puffiness underneath your eyes. These methods are all effective in reducing the puffiness of your eyes and helping reduce dark circles:

Cucumber Slices
Place 2 slices of chilled cucumber on your eyelids for 20 minutes while you lie back and relax. The cucumber slices will feel very refreshing.

Potato Slices
Place 2 slices of potato on your eyelids for 20 minutes while you lie back and relax. 

Tea Bags
Moisten tea bags (green tea and chamomile are nice) with cold water and refridgerate for several minutes. Place the chilled tea bags onto your eyelids while you lie back and relax for 25-30 minutes.

Chilled Milk
Soak 2 cotton balls into a cup of chilled milk and apply to your eyelids. Lie down and relax for 20-25 minutes.
