Irrewarra Sourdough Bakery is a wholesale artisan bakery producing sourdough breads the traditional way.
Each of our breads is shaped by hand and baked on the stone floor of the oven. Our bread goes through a 30-hour fermentation and proving process, instead of refrigeration.
Irrewarra Sourdough Bakery also makes a range of all natural handmade granola, Australian biscuits, and Italian-style chocolate Panforte with figs and raisins which are available at retail stores throughout Australia.
