This is our example cook Alice.

She lives in an apartment unit and she loves to cook veggies. Alice is concerned about the waste she produces but she doesn't have enough space for a composter.

She doesn't want to toss her scraps in the bin, but until Sharewaste arrived, that was her only choice. Now Alice take here scrap bucket to her neighbour Bob, who has a composter.

Bob loves Alice's scraps because they give him more compost for his plants. Besides, Alice is nice and every now and then, they have a coffee and chat. And Bob shares some of his herbs with Alice.
