Welcome to Lawyers for Forests

Lawyers for Forests is an association of legal professionals dedicated to the protection and conservation of Australia’s remaining native forests.

LFF actively promotes awareness of the issue and provides legal referrals, legal information workshops and fact-sheets for forest activists and environment groups.

We advocate change by:

increasing scrutiny of laws and policies concerning native forests and related environmental issues;
demanding accountability from our leaders in business and government; and
providing pro-active legal support to other groups campaigning for change.

Lawyers for Forests invites lawyers and law students to join our network of lawyers accepting referrals, volunteer or make a donation.
