Loafer Bread is an artisan organic bakery in the heart of North Fitzroy, specialising in handmade sourdough breads made with certified Demeter biodynamic flours and grains or certified stoneground flours. We offer an array of delicious treats and fair trade, organic coffee.
At Loafer, we firmly believe in the environmental value of biodynamics and so we take time to source the best quality ingredients from sustainable suppliers as much as we can, using organic or biodynamic wherever possible. Our milk, meat and eggs are ethically sourced and genuine free range.
