We're all about making real food with real flavour that everyone can enjoy. We are predominantly plant based but also use ethically sourced wild or grass fed proteins as an add in. We do not use processed sugars, gluten or dairy, and also use minimal grain and fermented soy products. We always have options for vegans and those with nut allergies.

Mama P is proudly a small family run and owned business, based in Newcastle, NSW. Established in January 2014, we started by wholesaling our handcrafted products to local cafés, but we are now focused on our own bricks and mortar retail café space in Charlestown.
