Mount Henry Honey is seasonal, depending on which native trees and shrubs our bees are feeding on.

Our hives are placed around the Blue Mountains and Bathurst regions, moved around according to where the best blossoms are.

At the moment you can choose one of two honey varieties to be included in your Honey and Dipper gift pack:

* Yellow bloodwood: light and floral with a beautiful depth of flavour from Mulgoa.

* Meadow: an aromatic drop from a range of floral sources in the Lachlan Valley, over the Blue Mountains, south-west of Bathurst.
