Welcome to No Bones

No Bones opened its doors in April 2018 with a mission to change the way people think about vegan food and now after the past few years, we want to do better for our community and planet.

Our goals for 2022 are to become 100% carbon neutral and to make sure we’re using 90% Australian made/grown produce and products, to reduce our environmental impact. This year we’ve started working with Farmers Footprint to ensure we are working closely with local farmers who are growing food the way nature intended, regenerately.

With each new seasonal menu our Executive Chef, Ben Streater, takes time and care to ensure we source as many local products as we can, both to support our incredible farmers and to guarantee that we are serving the freshest, most nutritious food that we can.

You'll notice that our wines and beers are all Australian for the same reason and we are on a mission to phase out most of the international spirits and replace them with Australian made instead. This is our little contribution to decreasing freight associated with our business.

As you probably already know a plant based diet goes a long way towards fighting climate change and every meal counts.
