Our potato and onion bags are beautiful bags to have on your shelf or pantry. Their natural beauty comes from the natural dyed muslin in a soft avocado colour, and our unique organic cotton/jute canvas, finished with natural wood toggles. It adds a vibrance to the kitchen.

Potatoes requires a dark airtight space to be preserved properly. We have provided the perfect storage bag for potatoes, by using the airtight organic cotton/jute canvas, that can be securely fastened using the wooden toggle to close the top of the bag.

The onion bag is designed perfect to keep onions and garlic fresh for 4 weeks minimum. Onions need both a dark place to be stored, and access to air, which is fulfilled by the mesh fabric. A drawstring with toggles enables the bag to be pulled closed.

More than a Spud Bag:

- You can store all varieties of potatoes and sweet potatoes, hard whole squashes like pumpkin, gem squash or gourds.

- Any hard skinned fruit or vegetable that needs to be kept dark and cool for longer storing.

- Apples and oranges, freshly harvested and never refrigerated, will keep longer in the potato bag if you want to keep them out of the fridge.

More than an Onion Bag:

- You can store all varieties of onions, eschalots or French shallots, garlic and other allium bulbs.

- Thick skinned (not young) ginger, ginseng, horseradish, turmeric, lotus roots and other rhizomes

- Any hard skinned fruit or vegetable that needs to be kept dark and cool but wants a little air, for longer storing.

- Can be used in or out of the fridge.

- Apples and oranges, freshly harvested and never refrigerated, will keep longer in the onion bag if you want to keep them out of the fridge.
