Parsley loves to be planted in either full sun or part shade. It prefers its soil to be free draining with plenty of compost.

Sow seeds directly into the veggie patch. Parsley seeds are small so will require thinning out once germinated. These seeds will take 3-5 weeks to germinate.

Parsley loves to be planted with carrots, chives, tomato and asparagus. To keep your parsley happy, plant 1cm deep and space it out by 20cm.
