Peanut Butter - Eat it

Here is a solution for peanut butter that will knock your socks off!

Buy some peanuts and crush them in a blender. And voila. Peanut Butter.

If you have a good quality blender like a Vitamix, you will get a more consistent result, but honestly any decent food processor will do it. And of course you can make a paste to your own chunky or smooth consistency. And you can use any nut you like. Almonds, cashews, macadamias - the list is endless. Well as long as the number of edible nuts available.

Peanut butter made by you is fresh, pure and will last for ages. Months. Years even. Without a single additive. Fancy that.

You can also grind your own nuts at most health food stores like Sun and Earth Organics in New Farm, Brisbane, have a peanut grinder. Take your own jar if you have one.
