Ben Devlin grew up in Byron Bay and has been a part of award-winning restaurants in Brisbane (Esquire), Copenhagen (Noma) and Cabarita (Paper Daisy).

Opening Pipit in 2019 with his wife Yen Trinh, was the realisation of a long time dream to run his own place.
