Spencer Cocoa is an Australian maker of chocolates made from single-origin chocolate grown in Vanuatu.
We buy directly from a small group of families from the island of Malekula who grow, harvest, ferment and dry the cocoa.
These cocoa beans are roasted, grinded, conched and tempered into beautiful chocolate right here in Mudgee, a thriving town in Central West NSW.
Spencer Cocoa makes chocolates in small batches using a simple process of roasting, grinding and tempering. Our chocolates are then hand-molded into luscious glossy bars.
