Stone & Wood is a born and raised Byron Bay independent brewery producing handcraft beers using only four ingredients - water, malt, hops and yeast (the way it should be!).
The difference between us and them is that we do it for the love of it! We're not trying to be the biggest or the best, we're trying to be good.
At our breweries we focus on water, energy, and waste reduction - such as through innovative reusable cup programs at our events, to working with our suppliers to reduce our material footprint.
Stone & Wood is committed our minimising our footprint on the Earth through striving to not only reduce, reuse and recycle but also exploring innovative practices by reimagining the ecology of brewing.
