Here, with the help of Tasmania’s temperate climate and clean environment, we grow fresh herbs for restaurants and specialty grocery stores.

Tasmanian Kitchen Pantry produces mixes based on the unique wild Tasmanian Mountain Pepper Berry, and Southern Ocean Jade Salt, which combines sea salt with spices and seaweed gathered from the clean seas around the island.
