Jasmine tea is renowned for its fragrant bouquet and subtle sweet taste. With a base of unfermented green tea, fresh picked jasmine flowers are laid on top of the green tea for several days.

The night blooming Jasmine flowers open and release their heady fragrance to infuse through the green tea. This ritual is repeated with fresh flowers up to six times over [and over as many days] pan roasting the green leaves in between to prevent spoilage.

The result is one of the finest Jasmine teas available.
