Welcome to Tivoli Road Bakery
Tivoli Road Bakery is an artisan bakery in South Yarra, offering a range of sourdough breads, sweet and savoury pastries, pies, sausage rolls, soups and sandwiches.
We use stoneground sourdough, locally-milled organic flour, and bake our breads on a stone hearth, fresh every morning. Our breads contain water, salt, and wild yeast – and absolutely no additives, no stabilizers or improvers.
Tivoli Road Bakery is founded by husband and wife team, Michael and Pippa James. Michael, is the head baker and is committed to his craft and the philosophy that great bread should be made without anything artificial.
