Welcome to Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) Scheme
The Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme is an Australian government initiative in partnership with state and territory governments, requiring certain products to be registered and labelled with their water efficiency.
Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme allows consumers to compare the water efficiency of different products, such as plumbing products, sanitary ware and white goods.
Look for the WELS label when buying a new toilet, clothes washer, and dishwasher.
