I’m Nadine, a floral designer / educator / self confessed Gaia lover and proud to say that today, after over 30 years – I feel more passionate than ever about our industry.

I live with my handy husband, farm loving father, 2 grown-up (traveling addicted) children, a menagerie of animals and plants on our property in Lakesland- on the outskirts of the NSW Southern Highlands.

I have recently opened my ivy glasshouse, (my dream space) on our property for short courses & 1:1 sessions for florists both professionals & new to the industry and combine these sessions with customised business coaching, mentoring, training with a holistic & open-hearted approach for my clients.

With a love of travel and the magic of creative connection, destination retreats and workshops are such a treat and always seem to end up on the yearly calendar. And lastly, as I still can’t resist a wedding and creating for brides I offer a bespoke wedding service of 1 bridal booking per month.

Sharing my passion for nature, botanicals and design and helping florists & creatives to discover and thrive in this industry is truly what buzzes me up!

Starting my first retail florist business 25 + hrs ago, transitioning to my wedding and events business and formal teaching I understand the challenges that face business owners both new to the industry and established. I know that I would have loved to have someone to call on, bounce ideas off and encourage community over competition during many different times in my career. I understand the need for customised support and tailor made training for the many floristry business models out there & to help you achieve your own personal goals.

I have a strong focus on eco design & sustainable practices to all of my teaching & coaching & am proud to be one of 20 Ambassadors globally for The Sustainable Floristry Network.
