Welcome to Woodstock Flour
We are Ian and Courtney and we produce wholegrain, stoneground flour from grain grown on our family farm ‘Woodstock’ in Berrigan, NSW. Woodstock has been in Ian’s family for four generations and has been Certified Organic for 24 years. The farm integrates sheep, cattle and various crops on a beautiful 2000 acres in the Southern Riverina.
Woodstock Flour was established in 2016 as a way for us to get involved in the family farm. We met at the University of Melbourne while we were studying landscape management and agricultural science. We both wanted to work on the land and saw farming as a means for environmental restoration and community building. We also saw an opportunity in providing our community with fresh flour of known provenance.
After testing the waters with a small bench top flour mill at farmers markets, we imported a New American Stone Mill in early 2018 and have since been supplying freshly milled flour to bakeries, restaurants, shops and families in our local region and across Victoria.
Woodstock Flour was founded on a love of food, farming and family. We are passionate about producing fresh healthy and flavoursome food, regenerating our patch of country, and connecting with our community.
