For best results:
Coat a cotton pad in Kester Black Nail Cleanser, gently wiping over each fingernail to eliminate any oily residue prior to painting.
Apply a thin layer of Kester Black Base Coat to the nail and allow to dry.
Follow with your favourite Kester Black nail polish, gliding the brush over each fingernail and coating the surface from base to tip. Allow to dry (five minutes should do it) before applying a second coat.
Once dry, seal the colour in with a Kester Black Top Coat to prolong wear and prevent chipping.
