Our mineral salts come in beautifully designed and re-usable glass jars and compostable bags (so please recycle). Each one also comes with a complimentary re-usable cotton muslin bath bag.
How to use:
Create a relaxing + soothing soak: Add 3-6 scoops into reusable cotton bag, place into warm-hot bath or foot tub, then soak, relax and enjoy for 15-20 minutes. For a deeper more relaxing detox or to soothe inflamed/itchy skin, add a teaspoon of aluminum free bicarb. Repeat 2-3 times per week or as often as desired.
Create an all natural face-body scrub: Combine desired amount of mineral salts and organic coconut oil (or any other plant based carrier oil of your choice) until you make a paste, then use to gently exfoliate your skin. Store in glass container.
