Chamomile is known to help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and bring a sense of calm to the nervous system. It can improve quality of sleep, ease symptoms of discomfort and soothe dry, irritated or inflamed skin.
Mineral Salts are combined to cleanse and soothe your skin, ease away stress and tension, relax sore muscles, calm cramps and restless legs, boost energy, and increase general well being.
Our mineral salts come in beautifully designed and re-usable glass jars and compostable bags (so please recycle). Each one also comes with a complimentary re-usable cotton muslin bath bag.
HOW TO USE:
? Create a luxurious + relaxing bath soak: Add 1/3 cup into reusable cotton bag, place into warm-hot bath then soak, relax and enjoy for 15-20 minutes. For a deeper detox, a more relaxing soak, or to soothe inflamed/itchy skin add a tablespoon of aluminum free bicarb. For additional relaxation benefits add a few drops of lavender essential oil. Rinse reusable cotton bag after use.
Repeat weekly or as often as desired.
? Create a relaxing foot bath: For a replenishing and deodorising foot soak, dissolve 4-6 scoops to a tub of warm water. Soak tired achy feet for 15 minutes. Add a tablespoon of aluminum free bicarb and a few drops of your favourite essential oils for additional restorative benefits.
Repeat 2-3 times per week or as desired.
? Create an all natural body scrub: Nature made salt is a natural exfoliator that will leave the skin feeling clean, fresh and revitalised. Combine desired amount of mineral salts and organic coconut oil (or any other plant based carrier oil of your choice) until you make a paste, then use to gently exfoliate your skin. We recommend a 1:1 ratio. Store in glass container. For a totally luxurious body scrub, add a tablespoon of aluminum free bicarb and combine a few drops of your favourate essential oil.
How to use your salt scrub
Use 1-2 tablespoons of your mineral rich salt mix to exfoliate your body.
Massage gently in a circular motion into your skin, paying particular attention to your feet, knees and elbows.
Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
Repeat 1-2 times a week as part of your skincare routine.
