Founded in 2014 by Maître Patissier, Chocolatier and Wine Connoisseur Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie right from their kitchen base at the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria.
Birdsnake is a craft chocolate company, based in Fairfield, Melbourne, sourcing high quality organic cacao from around the globe. Cacao is roasted and made into chocolate in house as opposed to sourcing pre made, untraceable liquor from overseas. Birdsnake aims to grow and eventually be able to work with more and more producers, and offer a delicious alternative to cheap, non-ethically sourced chocolate.
