HOW TO USE MAGNESIUM OIL:
For general aches, pains and discomfort: Apply sparingly to affected areas and massage in. The magnesium will absorb directly into your skin. Rinse or wipe off any residue after 30 minutes if desired. It is best to apply to clean skin to maximize absorption.
For relaxation and restful sleep: Roll under soles of the feet and calves 30 minutes before bedtime and sleep! For relaxation roll onto belly and neck.
In times of stress and headache: Apply magnesium onto your neck, forehead and belly and gently massage in. Repeat as necessary.
It is normal to experience a mild stinging sensation or area to feel itchy. If this is bothersome, add desired amount of magnesium oil onto palm of hands, add a small amount of Carrier oil (i.e. Coconut oil / Sweet Almond Oil / Jojoba Oil) before applying to the skin.
