Are you suffering from dry skin? This recipe will transform your skin and leave it feeling soothed and revitalized.¼ cup Oats2 x Tablespoons of organic plain yoghurt (not reduced fat)1 x Tablespoon of honey
Grind oats until very fine
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix, the result should be a paste-like substance
Apply to your face, making sure to avoid the eye area
Leave for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water
Apply moisturiser as usual.
