A salt scrub may just be the perfect way to naturally slough away dead skin and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. Our mineral salts are unrefined making them great for exfoliating dead skin, opening clogged pores and combating blemishes. Simply combine them with a nourishing oil to create the perfect rejuvenating salt scrub for the face and body (see recipe below).

What's in our product: premium grade Magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt), pure Himalayan salt sourced from a secluded region in the Himalayas, Dead Sea salt harvested from the Dead Sea in Israel known as the 'healing water' and dried organic calendula flower petals.

Calendula is known to have anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving nappy rash. Great for post partum recovery too.

HOW TO USE:

Create a relaxing + soothing soak: Add 1/3 cup into reusable cotton bag, place into warm-hot bath then soak, relax and enjoy for 15-20 minutes. For a deeper more relaxing detox or to soothe inflamed/itchy skin, add a teaspoon of aluminum free bicarb. Repeat 2-3 times per week or as often as desired.

Create a relaxing foot bath: For a replenishing and deodorising foot soak, dissolve 4-6 scoops to a tub of warm water. Soak tired, achy feet for 15 minutes. Add 5-10 drops of your favourite essential oils for additional restorative benefits. Repeat as desired.

Create an all natural face-body scrub: Combine desired amount of mineral salts with a carrier oil of choice i.e. organic coconut oil until you make a paste, then use to gently exfoliate your skin. We recommend 1:1 ratio. Store in glass container.
