DIY Mini Aquaponics System Workshop - Sydney CBD

DIY Mini Aquaponics System Workshop - Sydney CBD

If you are lucky enough to be in Sydney CBD next Tuesday, you can skive off from work early and make yourself an urban farm.

Cultivate are running one of their highly sought after workshops on Tuesday 14th May, 2019 at 5.30pm at Westpac's indoor urban farm. It's a 90 minute interactive masterclass hosted by Geert Hendrix, CEO of Farmwall. If you work in the city, it's easy to get to, or simply catch a train to Wynyard.

You leave the workshop with your very own DIY aquaponics set up along with a wealth of knowledge and everything you need to get started. You will be able to grow your very own supply of nutritious and delicious microgreens using the power of aquaponics in your own home.

Who should attend?

Anyone who likes good food! Especially fresh produce with no food miles and no waste. If you like in a small space apartment or home and don't have room or light for a herb garden, this is the perfect solution for you.

Who is Cultivate?

Cultivate is a partnership between Farmwall and Mirvac. They have built an urban garden in Westpac's headquarters in Kent Street, Sydney.  Anyone is welcome to pop in to 275 Kent Street between 9am and 5pm, stay awhile and either work or just relax.
